This is my first time taking any kind of supplements to help manage PCOS symptoms. I have been taking these for about a few weeks now, although only once a day. My period has been a lot easier to deal with already (cramps, menstrual flow). But I did not give five stars as the tablets are huge. I first tried to break them in half and they sharply grazed down my throat... Swallowing them whole is less annoying.

I have been taking these for less than a week and I am already impressed. I was spotting for weeks before this and almost instantly I stopped. Whether it’s a coincidence, I’m not sure, but I think it’s unlikely. I would like to know what the side effects are and just a bit more information bout what to expect once I start taking them. This is the reason for 4 stars but it would absolutley be a 5 if the bottle came with this sort of information as it does state “stop if notice any adverse side effects”. Will be reordering soon.

I have to start this off by saying I don’t have PCOS but I do have irregular periods for some reason and I have been TTC. These have regulated my last 3 periods almost on the dot every month which is insane to me! I haven’t fallen pregnant yet although someone has told me she got pregnant twice while using these. I’m almost finished my first bottle so I’ll 100% be re ordering
