    Huge tablets, but already noticing a positive difference

    This is my first time taking any kind of supplements to help manage PCOS symptoms. I have been taking these for about a few weeks now, although only once a day. My period has been a lot easier to deal with already (cramps, menstrual flow). But I did not give five stars as the tablets are huge. I first tried to break them in half and they sharply grazed down my throat... Swallowing them whole is less annoying.

    PCOS and mood regulator

    I have to say, I've battled with PCOS all my adult life and so far my mood seems more stabilised and cycle too, tablets taste pretty good to chew too. Definitely a great product, impressed
