Each bottle provides a 3 month supply of 90 easy-to-swallow soft-gel capsules. Our natural Starflower/Borage seed oil is the preferred alternative to evening primrose oil. It contains almost double the "good" omega 6 fatty acid, GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). Fortified with vitamin B6, which is proven to help support the normal regulation of hormone levels within the body.
