    A mood and sleep helper

    I started taking Ashwagandha six months ago and it has completely helped improve both my mood and sleep. I take it at night along with magnesium and it’s made my nights much better, sleeping well and feeling less anxious. Great quality/price

    It’s a bit early to tell however just about to have my first period and my pmt seems to have eased also my Pete menopause breakouts have cleared slightly
