Important vitamin for transporting calcium into the bones
My wife and I have been taking vitamin K2 MK-7 for a couple of years as we understand it helps to transport calcium out of the blood to the bones. A recent bone density scan my wife had in 2024 showed an improvement when compared with her bone scan in 2013. While we cannot confirm why this is, we believe that our whole food, low carbohydrate diet plus the K2 MK-7 vitamins together with vitamin D3 have all played a role in achieving this good result.
