    Great Product - helped with cravings!

    I've been struggling to loose weight and someone recommended Berberine to me. I suffer with PCOS as well and since taking Berberine, I've really noticed a difference not only to my cycle (becoming more regular) but it has stop me craving sugary sweet treats in-between meals. I lost 4lb in my first week of taking Berberine and has helped overall improve my mood (as not feeling as tired as I was before), health (as I'm loosing weight) and seemed to have improved my menstrual cycle. Would definitely recommend!

    Been taken over a month as I havecgraves disease so struggle getting my levels right I'm overactive I've not had much sugar cravings and recently had bloods levels coming back in right direction so will continue with this product
