    Vitamin K2

    These are a necessity if you are taking high doses of vitamin D and calcium for osteoporosis. They enable your body to use the calcium to rebuild bones rather than having it in your bloodstream causing hardening of your arteries. Unlike other K2 which I was taking, these are pure and do not contain dicalcium phosphate as a bulking agent. Much better!
