I like the idea of this products but nowhere on the packaging or the website does it mention the side effect these can have on birth control. Do not take these if you are on any birth control as it can reverse the effects. I wish it had said on the website as I've wasted a purchase here.

Im giving a 3 star because if you don’t need these don’t take them. I bought some to help my indigestion and bad wind. I’ve just come out of hospital with a kidney infection and I was warned that activated charcoal had made my symptoms worse by extracting water and nutrients from my body, leading to severe kidney infection, everything else I have from this place is amazing and really helpful but speak to doctor before you take this.
