About Vitamin D
This Vitamin D supplement is delivered as Vitamin D3, which is the most absorbable and effective form of this nutrient.

Vitamin D is naturally manufactured when sunlight hits our skin. This explains why it is known as the sunshine vitamin. This essential nutrient has several important jobs which include regulating levels of calcium in the body, supporting the immune system and muscle function as well as contributing towards healthy bones and teeth.

Between October and March the levels of sunlight in the UK aren’t sufficient for us to make enough vitamin D. Public Health England recommends that during these months people should take a supplement to top up their levels.

Take one softgel daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the stated dose.

    Vitamin K2

    These are a necessity if you are taking high doses of vitamin D and calcium for osteoporosis. They enable your body to use the calcium to rebuild bones rather than having it in your bloodstream causing hardening of your arteries. Unlike other K2 which I was taking, these are pure and do not contain dicalcium phosphate as a bulking agent. Much better!
